The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands

It was the best travel experience I have ever had. Whatever you imagine, you will experience even more. The food, the service, and the cleanliness of the villa were all truly exceptional. Despite being close to Malé, the resort offers an incredible overwater environment, which is a major advantage in terms of accessibility. On a previous trip, I stayed at a resort that was two hours away from Malé, and even compared to that, this place does not fall short at all. This was my second experience with The Ritz-Carlton, and I was deeply impressed by the attentive service and thoughtful care during my first visit. This time was even more memorable and special. Next time, I would love to come back with my children and imagine them running around and playing in a beach villa. The scenery is stunning and incredibly photogenic. They also operate a professional photo studio on-site, so I highly recommend it to anyone interested in photography. There are many more advantages, but I encourage you to experience them for yourself. If this is your first time visiting the Maldives, make sure to stay here. You won’t regret it.

We had an amazing experience at the Ritz-Carlton Maldives. The resort itself is something else and has to be experienced. Our room was mind-blowing and honestly took our breath away! The food was incredible, but what made the trip truly special was the staff. Everyone we met went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our butler, Anth, was very helpful and took care of everything. She planned our days perfectly so we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was a perfect trip from start to finish! Can’t wait to go back!

I just have to say my experience at Ritz Maldives was outstanding. My boyfriend and I have said we will now judge every hotel we ever stay at to the level of service we received at the Ritz Maldives. From start to finish they really try to make everything so personal to you - welcomes notes and snacks, turn down service with little sand messages with our names at night etc. Our butler Novita was such a pleasure to work with and was amazing and securing all of our dinner and activity reservations plus she was right there to help with random things like bringing us scissors or fixing my boyfriend’s glasses. The food and drinks at every place we went to were top notch - along with the service! We liked a bottle of wine at 1 restaurant and there were only 2 bottles left so they took it off the menu to make sure to save it for us! Yes, everything is pricey but you know this going into the trip and it’s not something you want to cheap out on. We were there over Valentine’s Day and we did the sunset fixed course dinner with band which was such an incredible way to start the trip. The next day we did the floating breakfast because you know I needed to have that IG photo lol. The room was stunning! We did the ocean overwater villa and I loved the privacy and the clear aqua waters are just perfection! Diving was amazing as well were the only 2 diving that day so it was like we got our own personalized dive crew. Same with the dim sum class we took. We were the only ones that signed up so it was a private class! I could keep going on but seriously this was my dream come true. We went there after 3 wks in Sri Lanka which were also amazing but obviously very different and this was the perfect way to wrap up our month long adventure!
