For owners & operators
Get your hotel
considered.
LuxuryHotels.best is an independent editorial guide. Inclusion is not for sale. But if your property meets our standards, we want to know about it.
How it works
We do not run paid placement, sponsored content, or pay-to-list arrangements. Every hotel on the site is there because our editorial team decided it belonged. That said, we genuinely welcome submissions — particularly from properties in destinations we haven't yet covered, or from boutique hotels we may have missed.
The path is straightforward. Send us an email at contact@luxuryhotels.best with "Submission" in the subject line, and tell us about the hotel — what makes it different, how many rooms, where it sits in the market, when it opened. A few high-resolution images help. A press kit is appreciated but not required.
Our editors review submissions monthly. If your property is a fit, we'll arrange an editorial visit — sometimes anonymously, sometimes as a press stay, depending on the situation. Either way, the review will reflect what we actually find. We do not preview reviews before publication, and we don't accept conditions on what we may or may not write.
Once published, your listing is permanent. We refresh ratings and prices monthly and conduct a full editorial review at least twice a year.
What we look for
- —Genuine five-star service standards (or strong four-star for design-led smaller properties).
- —A point of view. Properties with character — design, history, location, or culinary distinction.
- —Consistent ratings across at least two independent review platforms (typically Google + Booking.com or Tripadvisor).
- —Operational stability — open for at least eighteen months, with consistent management.
What we don't accept
- ×Paid placement under any name — editorial fees, sponsorship, "partnership" listings.
- ×Pre-approval of review content.
- ×Exclusivity arrangements with booking platforms or hotel groups.
