Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

Had a wonderful dining experience at Flourish – Sindhorn Kempinski. Special thanks to Visuda (Mod) for her exceptional service — extremely attentive, warm, and always smiling. She took great care of us from start to finish and truly made us feel welcome. We used the Amex Platinum benefit, which made the experience even more worthwhile. The food was delicious, high quality, and absolutely lived up to the standards of a luxury hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, never rushed. After the meal, we continued with the Thermal Journey at the spa upstairs, which was simply perfect. A truly complete and well-rounded day of relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a premium hotel experience.

We stayed at the hotel during Valentine’s Day and were pleasantly upgraded to an Exclusive Club room. The afternoon tea was delicious, the room was spotless, and the overall experience was wonderful. The staff were excellent, especially the housekeeping team on the 10th floor they did an amazing job and truly deserve special recognition. The only slight downside was the food, which was just average and could have been better. Overall, though, everything else was fantastic.

Impeccably presented, modern hotel from the Kempinski brand with a lavish breakfast buffet, beautiful pool and well equipped rooms. Upon arrival, we were surprised with thoughtful in room amenities including all manner of stationery, cutlery and even a flashlight. The welcome hamper was stunning, with fresh fruits and homemade pralines. In true Kempinski style, we were offered personalised service without explicitly requesting it - we mentioned in passing while chatting to reception staff that we had been bitten by mosquitoes during our walks around Bangkok, and a few minutes later, when we returned to our room, we were treated with a small bottle of mosquito spray to use! The breakfast buffet is perhaps the most delicious we have ever tried, especially commendable is the selection of tropical fruits kept cooled in an ice cabinet, and various local delicacies. The architecture of the hotel is breathtaking, with a magnificent atrium and the outdoor pool (which has a roof) is fabulous. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant is also excellent. Overall a truly luxurious stay. Reason enough to return to Bangkok!
