Beautiful hotel to stay. We had a stunning view of Lumpini park and the city lights and honestly, we didn't want to close the curtains. Excellent soundproofing - did not hear the traffic at all. The bed was comfortable and all the necessary amenities were in the bathroom. The attention to detail in the rooms and the service from the staff was fantastic. We felt utterly spoilt during our stay. Lumpini park is across the road, the MRT station is downstairs and the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. We used the gym and the equipment was in excellent condition. We would happily stay there again. Thank you Micky

Wonderfully renovated luxury hotel. Since we paid around 400 euro per room per night I want to review it like one of most expensive expensive hotel in Bangkok. The renovation is amazing . The pool area is wow , the view from rooms and pool to Lumphini Park and skyline is great. What we did not like: - check in and delivery of luggage to room took longer then we would like - sorry to say but please take croque monsieur from menu at pool , it is inedible.( too greasy, fatty and a croque is something totally different) The aircon is very loud even on smallest fan - please make it possible to have a night mode with less vent Also take into consideration that all the things that Bangkok has to offer ( temples etc , china town ) are at the river, so that means a hotel at the river like Capella or mandarin oriental for example will avoid traffic. The access to she nice shopping centre Central Park is a plus and to metro aswell. Nice hotel!!!

Its location is ideal, directly connected to Central Park Mall, which provides guests with a vast selection of dining options. Service here is exceptional. Upon check-in, the reception concierge—noting without any prompting that we had both celebrated birthdays the previous month—warmly wished us a happy birthday and arranged thoughtful surprises. These personal touches truly elevate the guest experience, and more hotels would do well to embrace such considerate service. The only note for improvement would be the breakfast offering, which could be more refined and elevated to match the hotel's luxurious stature.
