Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok

I recently stayed for one week during my vacation in Bangkok and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere and is very well located in the city. The staff were professional, and attentive, and I really enjoyed the amenities throughout the hotel. One point for improvement would be the guest rooms, which would benefit from a renovation or updated furnishings, as they feel outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. As a French guest, I was especially impressed by the quality of the food across the different restaurants and at breakfast. The variety and flavors were excellent, and the croissants were truly outstanding, they tasted just like home, if not better, which is rare to find abroad. Breakfast was definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, I had a great time and would happily recommend it for its service, atmosphere, and dining options.

I’ve stayed at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok several times, and overall it has always been a pleasant experience. The location is excellent. It’s very close and connected to Chit Lom BTS station. And it only takes about a five minutes walk to CentralWorld, which makes getting around Bangkok extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious. While the interiors feel a bit dated compared to newer hotels, they are well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast is another highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Overall, a reliable choice in central Bangkok, especially for repeat stays.

This hotel is flawless. The entrance alone is a show stopper. In my room, I was greeted with a small plate of fresh fruits and a hand-written note to welcome me and wish me a Happy Valentine’s Day 😍 My spacious room and the fitness centre all felt luxurious. Toto toilets in the bathrooms, swimsuit dryers, nice toiletries, a relaxation room. And the exercise equipment was nicer than most gyms in all of London. Excellent, varied breakfast with loads of healthy options. Impeccable location next to BTS lines and multiple interconnected malls for those days when the AQI is really bad. Excellent staff! Great restaurant options, too. I’d love to stay again!
