Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

My family had a very nice 5 night stay and that seemed to be the perfect amount of time for us. Being close to the airport meant we started our vacation almost right away and also didn't need to leave super early on the way home. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all good. The service was friendly and attentive and there are two people people that really stood out and would like to acknowledge them here. Karen who worked in the front of the house of several restaurants and the lobby was always so welcoming and kind to our family. Pedro Kinil helped us at the pool several of the days there. His friendly and exceptional service made this a great vacation!

Israel did an outstanding job at the restaurant and truly made our evening special. From the moment we sat down, his professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality stood out. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure every part of the dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Chef Aldo prepared a meal I won’t forget—easily one of the highlights of my trip. The steak was cooked to perfection, seasoned beautifully, and served exactly as requested. Every bite was flavorful and memorable, and you can tell real care and skill go into the kitchen here. For my last night in town, this was the perfect way to end the trip. I highly recommend visiting the steak restaurant when you stay at this property. Between the exceptional service from Israel and the incredible culinary talent of Chef Aldo, you’re guaranteed an experience that’s well worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Cancun. There was an abundance of food, and activities there and it was also very fun relaxing. My favorite part of the stay was their sport classes and especially attending Javier’s classes. Javier was one of the gym instructor and I went to his pilates and spin classes. They were so much fun and such a great workout. It was the best Pilates I have ever been to. We will definitely go back there again - especially to attend Javier’s classes again :)
