Secrets the Vine Cancun – All Inclusive Adults Only

I'm so impressed by this resort we were a group of 9 and all had a great stay at Secrets the Vine. Loved this resort so much it was beautiful and clean. The staff at this resort was so helpful and professional, especially Arturo who served us drinks at the pool he took really good care of our group. There was lots of fun entertainment. The food was delicious, we tried the Asian and Italian restaurant and it was incredible. The drinks were also so good and not made overly sweet. The dessert bar was also incredible. Would definitely recommend staying here

We spent the last week of February at Secrets The Vine. It was amazing during our entire stay, so relaxing and enjoyable! Check-in and checkout were so easy. We arrived before check-in time, as preferred members we escorted to the 21st floor bar and appetizer buffet. The 21st floor bar tender Louis, was FANTASTIC, he was always smiling, always friendly and he ALWAYS made amazing drinks. Our Concierge Manuel was AMAZING, he was always helpful. He made sure the bath in our room was made and our breakfast in the room was scheduled. Our room was very clean and bright. We had a balcony that wrapped around with one of a view of the lagoon and sunset and one with a view of the ocean. We loved spending time on our balcony just relaxing. There is little privacy in the bathroom (which wasn't a problem for us, we have been married for over 30 years, so we have heard and seen everything. Lol). The restaurants were very good! For most breakfast and sometimes lunch we would go to The Market buffet, there is a great variety of food. The staff member at the omelet station was AMAZING, she was so friendly and made the perfect omelets. We did have a waitress that we thought was rude, she served us a couple of times during lunch. But everyone else was very kind. Our favorite restaurant for dinner was Nebbiolo. We never upgraded our wine for dinner, but the house wines were good. During our stay, it was very windy on the beach, so the red flags were always flying. But there are so many pools, and plenty of places to lay out in the sun. I could go on forever on how much we enjoyed our stay. The Vine is in the Hotel Zone, so there is a lot of activity. Evenings on the balcony can get loud.
