Nizuc Resort & Spa

I stayed during a company event and I cannot put into words how relaxing this resort was. The staff went way beyond to make us comfortable, and welcome. From the beginning we were welcomed arriving, the maid service came morning to clean, and in the evenings to turn the bed down. The drivers that took you back and forth via golf cart with great pleasure. The staff at pools made sure you wanted for nothing! From comfortable lounge chair with fresh towels, constant checking in, delish food and constant drinks. The activities for the entire family from a children’s place with activities, paddle boarding and kayaking opportunities. Several restaurants specializing in different food, shops, gorgeous views and landscaping surrounds this property! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation with many choices this is the place to go!

This was the best resort I ever stayed at! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The resort is gorgeous. Beautiful beach and pools.. very relaxing vibe. The service is amazing and all the hotel workers are nice and friendly. Also amazing they have kosher food which was delicious. There’s water activities which are complimentary. Mel and Marco by the water sports were amazing. They patiently taught us how to do the activities and took pictures for us. Also, Daniel who worked by the front desk was so nice and helpful. We really had a great time and can’t wait to come back again!

Nizuc is a TOP NOTCH resort with many amazing amenities. The rooms are large and well appointed. The pools are pristine and the staff is attentive. We attended a gorgeous beach front wedding during our visit and couldn’t have been happier. This is a truly a world class resort.
