Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya

We had an exceptional stay at Waldorf Astoria Cancun. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Every single staff member we encountered throughout the resort was warm, polite, and genuinely kind, something that truly stood out and made our experience even more special. Breakfast at Chaya was easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The spread was fantastic, and their French toast is absolutely amazing, a must-try! The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made this stay unforgettable.

Amazing trip with the family. We spent the entire time in the pool and the hotel and restaurants are top notch and in great shape. My kids loved the kids club and Esperanza was incredible with them. The common area of the hotels definitely need more televisions even the bar in the lobby or even the bar by the pool lacked TV's with sports on.

Outstanding experience at the Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya. It’s a beautiful property, with two stunning, impeccably maintained pools, and gorgeous views of the water. The staff is so friendly and so accommodating—everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And there are multiple dining options right on premises, all of which were excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back.
