Crowne Plaza San Jose la Sabana

Absolutely excellent hotel in San Jose. Super easy to reach from the airport with a secured parking place for your rental. The rooms are clean, bigger than average I‘d say and we had a marvelous view from the 9th floor to the mountains and over the city. At night it’s super quite (only the AC is a bit noisy). Bathroom is in excellent shape and well equipped (hairdryer e.g.). The best in my eyes was the breakfast buffet 😍 Fresh fruits, fresh omelets etc. everything is fresh and super tasty! If you‘re starting your trip through CR is might geht handy that right across the street is a small super market which provides everything (snacks and drinks) you might require for long driving distances 👍🏻 We can absolutely recommend this hotel! Staff was as well very friendly and helpful! Only „negative“ thing… the ATM which is provided takes a fee which comes on top… other ATM‘s doesn’t do that. Better use the BCR ATM‘s all over the country 👍🏻
