A special thank you to Usama, who was our very first point of contact at the front desk—his professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. We had an amazing experience at Palace Downtown. NASAR looked after us so well - genuinely warm, attentive and professional throughout our stay.
