Raffles the Palm

Amazing week at Raffles hotel. The staff were all excellent. We shared a palm room which was of adequate size for us and our two young children (8 and 10). Pool and beach were fantastic. The dining options were all great and breakfast superb. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a wonderful family stay while celebrating our son’s 9th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The front desk and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay and especially our son’s birthday truly memorable. A very special thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Dina, whose attention to detail was outstanding. At every touchpoint, she ensured our son felt genuinely special, turning his birthday into a truly eventful and joyful occasion. The care, warmth, and thoughtfulness shown were remarkable and made us feel valued as guests. This is a great hotel with an incredible team that truly understands what hospitality means. Thank you to everyone for the love, effort, and dedication that made our stay so memorable. We will cherish these moments and look forward to returning again.
