I had a wonderful experience at the pool in Address Downtown. The view is absolutely stunning and truly one of the highlights of the stay. A special thank you to Melvin, Vijay, and Arup from the Recreation team. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout. I didn’t manage to take nice photos of myself, and they kindly offered to help — all with genuine smiles on their faces. Their warmth and attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. Truly appreciate the great hospitality!

What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the service. The hotel staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay.
