JW Marriott Hotel Marina

We had an excellent stay at JW Marriott Marina Dubai and a truly perfect holiday. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Palangan and his entire team for the wonderful service. This is where true guest service is lived — we were taken care of beyond all our expectations in every respect. The hotel’s location is ideal and could hardly be better. We would also like to especially highlight the pool area: both the facilities themselves and the staff on site are extremely attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Culinarily, we were equally impressed. The food at Harbour Restaurant, as well as the breakfast and dinner buffet, is highly recommended and of very high quality. Once again, our heartfelt thanks for the fantastic stay and the outstanding guest service. We would be delighted to return!

ALEC company had arranged dinner for all of its staff tonight in JW Marriott hotel. The food was great. The setup was amazing. But most of all, the chef, the staff and the customer service were even greater and lovely. Special commendation to Naveen who took good care of our group during dinner. Highly recommend to all food lovers in UAE.

Truly one of my best hotel experiences. The service was extremely attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I had an amazing massage and would highly recommend it. The gym is super clean, and the cold towels are a really nice touch. Breakfast was excellent as well. I also did quite a bit of online shopping, and the concierge team was incredibly helpful, they received my packages and arranged seamless delivery to my room. Overall, a fantastic experience with very attentive staff. Would definitely return.
