The team went above and beyond to make our celebrations truly memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches like personalized congratulatory cards, a delicious birthday cake, and complimentary water bottles in the room on both special days — a level of care that made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The room itself was spectacular, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade, which added an extra layer of comfort and luxury to our visit. The design and decoration of the hotel strike an elegant balance between historic charm and modern sophistication, creating a serene and stylish atmosphere that made both work and relaxation effortless. Located opposite the iconic Retiro Park and within walking distance of Madrid’s famed museums and cultural landmarks, the hotel’s setting is truly unbeatable. Whether walking through the lush park or exploring the Prado, Thyssen‑Bornemisza, and Reina Sofía nearby, every moment felt like a natural extension of our stay.  What makes this hotel especially remarkable is its rich history. Housed in an early 20th‑century palace originally built as a private aristocratic residence, it has been meticulously restored and transformed into a boutique luxury hotel that retains its architectural grandeur and heritage status. The elegant façade, stained‑glass details, and period features pay homage to its past while providing all the comforts expected of a five‑star property today. I've been in Madrid at least 15 times and this is by far the Best hotel I've stayed on! Its a great location, just across the Retiro park, its a small hotel but the service is the best I've received so far in Spain! From the start theh make you feel like youre family and they're willing to go the extra mile to meet your demands, the hotel is also beautiful! I highly recommend paying in advance for breakfast cause its Very good! I will definitely visit this hotel in my next trip to madrid.

Enjoyed 3 nights in a deluxe room on the ground floor. It faced the side street so was very quiet. Room was a bit dark but made up for with high ceilings and stunning decoration. Staff are wonderful. A beautiful small hotel… even the stairwells are amazing! Breakfast was a highlight too.
