This would be the most honest 5 stars I have ever given. This hotel aside its beautiful ambient, has THE MOST wonderful employees! Never been a guest somewhere feeling so valued, nicely spoken to and served. Every one of them is careful, ultra polite and at service all the time. Nuria, the main concierge - the best ever! I am absolutely recommending this place.

They were so kind to our group. We had a lovely sherry in the lounge, it was so cool to be in the same place Virginia Woolfe once had discussions with other authors. Highly recommend spending some time in this lounge and learning the hotel's history if you are turned away from the place across the street.

This hotel is incredibly beautiful. The service is unmatched. We arrives after an 8 hour flight very early in the morning. We were exhausted. Staff was ready for us as soon as we walked in. They offered us coffee, snacks, and quickly got our room ready. They also knew who we were for our entire stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and dinner at the hotel was fabulous. We walked everywhere and felt very safe in the area.
