Once in Mykonos – Designed for Adults

‏From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. ‏Maria at the front desk is truly exceptional – always smiling, positive, and ready to help with everything from the smallest requests to room upgrades and late check-out. She is like Tinkerbell, because she solves every problem without hesitation and spreads a sense of magic and joy. We have never encountered a front desk manager like her anywhere else; she genuinely looks for ways to help and make the stay even better. ‏All the staff, without exception, were friendly and welcoming. Michael from the kitchen was especially warm and created a personal connection with every guest, giving the whole experience a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. We often stay at luxury hotels, but the level of care and genuine hospitality here is something we’ve never experienced before.

I feel like I am home when I am at Once, it’s my fourth year there. And the hotel kept its high standards. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are simple, clean and spacious. Every room in Once has a great view on ornus beach with the most beautiful sunset. The hotel has a gym and a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast buffet is very variable, and in case you want something that is not there, they are more than happy to make it for you. The location is really great, and close enough to old town.

Fabulous hotel with a lovely spacious room (suite with 2 x double rooms) and stunning views out to sea. The infinity pool is not huge but plenty big enough and nice and cool to take the heat out of the day. My only feedback would be the lack of shade around the pool in the afternoon perhaps more could be done in this area. The staff at this hotel are all amazing and we had a great experience from check-in through to departure. The manager is super-friendly and helpful (sorry can't remember his name) and Bernadette is great at breakfast time and deserves a special mention. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice of hot and cold foold of a high quality on offer each morning. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend the Once in Mykonons!
