Fairmont Golden Prague

From the very moment we arrived, we were greeted by exceptionally warm and attentive staff at the entrance, who confirmed our names and kindly escorted us to the Fairmont Gold Lounge for check-in. It was a level of welcome that I had not experienced even at the Forbes 5-Star Four Seasons Prague. The Fairmont Gold Lounge team was truly outstanding—genuinely kind, professional, and thoughtful. The entire check-in process was seamless and unhurried. What impressed me most was how respectfully the staff handled our room selection, patiently waiting without any pressure and always prioritizing our comfort. Among them, Marcos, who personally escorted us, was so remarkably kind and attentive that I felt compelled to ask for his name—an experience I will not forget. Upgrading to a Fairmont Gold room was absolutely the right decision. The immaculate condition of the room, with perfectly clean bedding and towels, along with flawless housekeeping, made the space feel welcoming and comfortable from the very first moment we entered. This hotel truly stands out as one of the few in the world that not only remembers the primary guest, but also takes the time to recognize and care for accompanying guests by name. Throughout our stay, we were fortunate to encounter only sincere and thoughtful service—from the friendly gentleman at the gym who remembered us from our second visit, to the doormen at the entrance who kindly assisted and looked after us all the way until our departure for the airport. Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Katka for the warm farewell and the beautiful welcome letter. I will cherish it and keep it as a precious memory of our stay. If I have the opportunity to visit Prague again, Fairmont Golden Prague will undoubtedly be my first choice.

We recently spent three nights at the Fairmont Prague and left feeling really happy with our choice. We booked a Gold Room, and it was worth every penny for the added service and comfort. A special shout-out to Kate at the Gold Lounge; she was incredibly welcoming and took such good care of us throughout our stay. It’s those personal touches that make a hotel feel like home. The Highlights: Dining: We had the course menu at Zlata Restaurant. The food was excellent, but the panoramic views of Prague really stole the show. Highly recommended for a romantic dinner! The Spa: Very well maintained with a variety of saunas and a surprisingly large pool. Room: Comfortable, modern, and the Gold Lounge access made a huge difference for breakfast and evening drinks. One minor suggestion: While the spa is great, we did find it a bit difficult to find a spot to relax—some extra space for laying down/loungers would be a great addition to the pool area. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return!

We spent a wonderful couple’s weekend at the Fairmont. The hotel is recently renovated and feels very new, modern, and high-end. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view of the Vltava river. The location is excellent—situated in the Old Town just a 5-minute walk from the main square, which keeps it peaceful while staying central. The fitness center is amazing and very well-equipped, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. We also really appreciated the room upgrade through the Accor loyalty program. Highly recommended!
