This hotel is incredible and the staff really are a dream. We brought our two young boys (2.5 and 8 months) to the hotel for a long weekend to celebrate a special occasion. It was our first time traveling long distance with them and the staff went above and beyond to make it comfortable and memorable. The cribs were both set up in the room upon arrival and after a mixup with not having a fridge that could keep breastmilk chilled they were able to move us to a room that had a full working fridge and freezer and we were set for our four nights.
The room was stunning, spacious and beautiful. The property is large, well kept and felt incredibly safe. Golf carts are the best way to get around if you don’t like walking but we ended up opting to walk more than ride and our only complaint is that the villa side was very far from the nicer beach area making it hard to bring the kiddos to, but they were fine by the pool and so were we.
The food was great (we had room service for dinner, tried the hibachi restaurant - amazing service and the edamame was the best ever!, ordered lunch from the pool bar and had breakfast every morning at waters edge). The property is tucked away a little far from anything else, but we were able to get around easily with our rental car, which we could also park right in front of our villa every night for free. Unfortunately the spa was closed for 2 of the days we were there so I wasn’t able to get a treatment like I had planned, but I made up for it with relaxing days by the pool. The market was great for morning coffee and the resort store saved us when we realized my husband forgot his bathing suit!
Pro tip: Make sure to take a walk along the coastline - there are hidden swings, hammocks, and gorgeous private beach coves, which we loved exploring!
Shout out to Edwin for making our special occasion even more special and Jacob for a pleasant check in experience. We love Hyatt and this property affirms that! Highly recommend for families and couples alike!
