Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

We have had a great experience at the Fairmont! We brought our baby for her first beach trip and we all had a wonderful time. We enjoyed every moment and found that this hotel met all of our needs. The rooms could use some updates and a little more attention to detail on cleaning, but otherwise all good. We rented a cabana during our stay and had top notch and friendly service from Michael Mendez. He, along with all other pool, restaurant staff, and front desk associates went above and beyond. 5 star service! We hope to see you again soon! 🌞

The pool area is always such a vibe, but what truly makes it special is the service. Alondra and Yandiel are hands down the best. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Their attention to detail, positive energy, and genuine kindness elevated the entire experience. They were attentive without being overwhelming, always making sure our drinks were refreshed, we had everything we needed, and that we were comfortable and happy. It felt effortless, smooth, and honestly just joyful. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Because of them, every visit feels memorable. I truly look forward to coming back each time I’m in PR, and they are a big reason why. Thank you, Alondra and Yandiel, for always making my pool days perfect. 💙🌊✨
