SO/ Berlin Das Stue

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had the absolute best experience. The hotel it's self is absolutely beautiful and in a great location for business travel or leisure. The manager Sabastian was top notch along with the evening bar staff. We had a great evening talking with them, and they gave us great suggestions for places to eat and things to do in or 24 hours in the city. We had 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for our teenage daughters. Both rooms were beautiful, comfortable and prefect for what we needed. 100% recommend this hotel.

Well-designed hotel with an exclusive feel. It was recommended to me by a friend who described it as a place to stay for people in the know, and it definitely felt like it. We were there for the Berlin Film Festival, and the opening night party was held at the hotel, which is a reflection of the hotel’s prestigious standing. We had a spacious room overlooking the Tiergarten park / zoo and enjoyed the peaceful views every morning. The staff was well-honed and attentive, especially the Head of Guest Relations, Mattia Paino, who was frequently in touch with us and has a very sophisticated air about him in line with the hotel’s polished image. He was very helpful. Location is central but felt a bit more secluded compared to some of our other stays in Mitte (e.g. Adlon Kempinski, Hotel Luc etc) and that has its charms. Decent sauna/indoor pool area.

Das Stue Hotel has once again proven to be a wonderful place for us to stay during the Berlinale. We travelled with our one-year-old son and deeply appreciated the calm refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the Berlinale and the European Film Market, as well as the proximity to the park and the direct access to the zoo. The rooms remain exceptionally stylish and quiet, and above all, the team went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable and wonderful stay for our entire family. We highly recommend it.
