I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Berlin. Everything was spot on from the moment I arrived. The spa was fantastic, clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The pool area was equally impressive and perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The atmosphere felt calm and well organized. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, fresh products, and great coffee. Marlene Restaurant was truly a highlight. Delicious food, elegant setting, and impeccable service. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The only thing the hotel could not control was the Berlin weather, but even that added a little character to the trip. If you can fix the February sky next time, it would be a solid six stars. I would absolutely return.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You truly feel valued as a guest. Our room was awesome — spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, the bathroom was spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. Everything felt high-quality and well maintained. The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was extensive and fresh, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the separate breakfast area, which made the experience very relaxed and comfortable for families. Our children felt incredibly welcome throughout the entire stay, which made a huge difference for us. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to major sights and public transportation. Overall, this hotel delivers true five-star quality in every aspect: cleanliness, comfort, service, atmosphere, and family-friendliness. We will definitely return! Highly recommended, also the visit of the pool and Spa area. The 10€ worth it and keep the place less crowded!

They made everything feel effortless. The room itself was a standout. The heated bathroom floor was a small luxury that made a big difference, especially on cold Berlin mornings. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully finished, perfect for unwinding after long event days. I also loved having a dedicated dressing room — plenty of space for formalwear, luggage, and getting ready without cluttering the main room. The suite-style layout added even more comfort: a kitchen area for convenience, and a generous selection of sofas that made the space feel more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room. Whether I was getting ready, relaxing, or hosting a quick pre-event drink with colleagues, the room adapted perfectly. The location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk from the Berlin Zoo, which was a brilliant way to spend some downtime, and right beside Tiergarten for peaceful morning walks. Between the views of the Victory Column and the easy access to the city’s cultural highlights, it’s an ideal base for both business and leisure. Whether you’re in Berlin for a gala, meetings, or a city break, the InterContinental delivers top-tier hospitality with style, comfort, and thoughtful touches throughout.
