NH Collection Copenhagen

We stayed three nights in Copenhagen and were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were also professional and friendly. The location is ideal: there is a bus stop directly across the street, and Christianshavn Metro Station is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the hotel from the airport in around 20 minutes without changing trains, which makes arrival and departure very easy. Christianshavn also has a direct connection to Kongens Nytorv (city centre), where you can conveniently switch to any metro line. Overall, it’s a perfectly located hotel. The only drawback: when we arrived, the shower gel in our room was empty. We ordered a replacement via QR code (a very cool feature, as you can reorder or request additional items through a QR-code website accessible from the room). It was delivered, but it was simply placed in the shower unopened and not replaced—unfortunately, we weren’t able to swap the bottles ourselves. We would have appreciated it if housekeeping had replaced the empty bottle with the new one right away.

This is a 5* experience from the moment we arrived to check out. Easy to get to from the airport, very friendly welcome - no question is too big a problem. Breakfast is fantastic, go hungry! The location is great - so easy to get around. We walked to all the places on our list. The gym is handy too. I haven’t even mentioned the room yet? Our room was spacious, very clean & modern with everything you needed. The TV has chrome cast (not always a thing even in 5* hotels it seems). Wouldn’t hesitate to return it to check out the groups other hotels internationally. View from our room and breakfast selection in the pics.

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. Despite being a large property, every detail felt carefully curated. The breakfast was excellent, even if not the cheapest, and the restaurant and late-night bar offered great service. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is outside the busiest part of the city, yet still only a 5–10 minute walk from the center, which made it very convenient. Perfect for a classic city visit, especially if you plan to use the hop-on hop-off buses or take a canal tour. A great and comfortable base for exploring the city.
