Park Hyatt London River Thames

EVERYTHING about this hotel is 5 star next level! I researched all the Hyatts in London heavily and am so glad we chose here! It’s only one year old- and it’s absolutely stunning! Huge thanks to all the service staff. They are all wonderful. When you enter the hotel, enter the spa/gym, and even enter the hotel room- they make you feel like a Queen and King! It’s hard to even highlight one person because the entire staff stand out! EVERYONE is Amazing! That proves the consistency across as the board! Seriously thank you all so so much! The cleaning staff are also incredible because everything is top notch! We got upgraded to a river view… the music was on in the room.,, the light was beautiful… view phenomenal- and we def experienced the “wow” factor walking in! The design of the furniture is so thoughtful. Like they even have a beautiful leather little garbage can under the desk that matches the chairs, that matches the coasters - I’m telling you every detail of the Park Hyatt is intentional! Thanks to Miguel Santos who is here from the Lisbon Andaz location that’s opening soon (and sounds like it will be fabulous!) he helping me out several times at the front desk. Just lovely human. Will definitely be back! 2nd comment Even Abhi in room service perfectly remembered my order from last night when I called Down to order again tonight. And Tareq who deliver the food. So so nice and enthusiastic too! Just lovely!! Both So professional, enthusiastic and nice! All the door men and front desk ladies are outstanding too! Another edit- we had to stay another day thanks to Kameliya was a beautiful help!

Absolutely incredible hotel and 5 star experience the attentton detail of the hotel and the staff have blown us away. We stay in a lot of hotels around the world and this is a standout experience for my wife and I. Hotel rooms are amazing, high ceilings, the beds are like clouds, air con easy to operate and view of the Thames outstanding. Rooms were quiet and bathrooms also impeccable high end and everything you need. Chinese restaurant in the hotel has some serious food! Singapore noodles and dimsum were so good. Absolute scenes. Would come back in a heart beat and would recommend anyone who doesn't want to be disappointed which we often are in London hotels.

Wow. What a place. Attending for a birthday celebration, I wanted to go somewhere genuinely special. Park Hyatt ticked many boxes for me when researching online; there is a great spa you can access throughout the day and the rooms and views are amazing. For the price point and experienced offered, I think it would be very difficult to beat if you are staying in London and want to go somewhere knockout. There was a minor hiccup when checking in and the response from the team was exemplary. You are truly valued when you attend a place like this and the business genuinely cares about offering you a 5* experience from start to finish. I initially spoke to Ronald who was a lovely guy. Kind, professional and helpful. I then spoke to Claudia and the way we were treated was first class. I have never seen customer service at this level before. Based on how Claudia treated us alone, I would want to come back here and would recommend the Park to others, yet alone the quality of the rooms and spa. She was an amazing ambassador for the business and made a significant impact on our stay. Ozzy at the bar also made us some phenomenal cocktails. Make sure to ask for his recommendations; he made me the best cocktail I have ever had. A big thank you to the team for such a special birthday celebration that will never be forgotten.
