Called to book two family members a room for a couple of nights in December and the gentleman couldn't have been more helpful. Helped with booking a suite with a River view on a lower level floor as both are elderly and one is afraid of heights, booked reservations at The American Bar, breakfast on both days, a table at The Savoy Grill and afternoon tea, made sure my card is on system for everything the family could need and want whilst they stay, took note of their drinks of choice for the room and will be sorting collection from and delivery to the train station when I confirm their arrival and departure times. It was absolutely seamless and stands at just under £5,000 so far. Very impressed and the family haven't even been yet but I know they will absolutely love it!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and so very professional. The common areas are beautiful, and take you back 50-years in time! The newly renovated Edwardian rooms are gorgeous. The dining options are varied and all delicious. While the Strand is not what it once was, The Savoy is within walking distance of so many wonderful London attractions. This is our London hotel. Period!

Had lunch in the Riverside Restaurant. Exceptionally tasty. Wonderful hotel, fantastic service 👏 ♥️ only exception being £28.00 for a very small Liquid Gold cocktail 🍸 I'm sure gold is probably less expensive 😀 😉 . Nevertheless, a wonderful afternoon in a sumptuous environment.
