From the first minute of arrival at the hotel you feel like a princess in a beautiful castle filled with Love. Smiling doormen will kindly greet you at the door, helping you with your luggage to get to the hotel. The reception staff is attentive to all the details of your wishes, help you quickly arrange check-in and check-out, and promptly resolve any issues. In the hotel restaurant you can enjoy delicious and beautifully decorated dishes of English cuisine. The staff is very polite, which will make your dinner especially enjoyable. Having visited the cocktail room, we enjoyed the atmosphere of a cozy lounge and a book entourage with velvet armchairs, a fireplace, a delicious cocktail, listening to beautiful songs with a guitar. This is an ideal evening rest. We received special pleasure from relaxing in a room where your apartments are selected according to your wishes. The view of London, comfortable furniture and true cleanliness in everything give comfort and peace. I thank all the hotel staff for their sincerity, attention and Love.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great room and great service. Loved the exquisite bathroom in particular. Also, the property itself is simply stunning. The main restaurant makes a great meat pie, and the bar makes fantastic drinks. We also had a lovely breakfast every morning in the Mirror Room.
