What impressed me most was the dedication and passion of your team. Every interaction reflected professionalism, kindness and the authentic spirit of Accor’s Heartist culture. It is clearly visible that hospitality here is not simply a service, but a true passion lived by everyone in the house. I would like to extend a special thank you to the Deputy General Manager, Annalisa, who took wonderful care of me throughout my stay with great professionalism and genuine kindness. My sincere thanks also go to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, who was equally attentive and ensured that everything was perfectly arranged. Both made me feel very well looked after during my time at the hotel. As someone working in the hospitality and People & Culture environment myself, I know how much dedication, teamwork and leadership are required to create such an atmosphere. It was inspiring to see such a strong service culture and genuine team spirit throughout the hotel. For these days in Rome, your hotel truly felt like a “home away from home”. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese shortly before Christmas. As Accor Platinum members, we had booked a Deluxe Suite, and from the very first moment, the experience exceeded all our expectations. Not only were we delighted by the beautiful and spacious suite, but also by the exceptionally warm and attentive welcome at the reception. The team truly made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. A special highlight was enjoying cocktails at the Settimo Bar – perfectly crafted drinks paired with a stunning atmosphere and unforgettable views. The view is equally breathtaking at breakfast, making every morning a real pleasure. Small spoiler: fans of “Emily in Paris” will be happy to know that several scenes of the series were filmed here, which made the stay even more special and memorable. We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Da Silva, Front Office Manager, who kindly assisted us with a few matters even after our departure. Her professionalism and dedication truly reflect the outstanding level of service at this hotel. An elegant hotel with exceptional service, fantastic views, and a warm, personal touch — we cannot recommend Sofitel Villa Borghese highly enough and are already looking forward to returning.

I recently attended a training session at the Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese, and it proved to be an excellent venue for a professional event. The conference room we used was well-equipped, comfortable, and provided a focused environment perfect for our needs. A definite highlight was the restaurant on the 7th floor. The panoramic views over Rome are absolutely breathtaking and created a spectacular setting for our lunch breaks. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive, making our meals a very enjoyable part of the day. Combining efficient conference facilities with a stunning rooftop dining experience, this hotel is a top-tier choice for business events. I would not hesitate to recommend it for any professional gathering.
