The St. Regis Rome

this hotel is absolutely amazing! incredible customer service from the moment we pulled up. the bellhops were extremely helpful with our luggage and making sure it got to our room. they were also very welcoming. Check in was easy and the room we had was huge and spotless. We also enjoyed a nice lunch in the hotel restaurant. The next day, the hotel breakfast buffet was filled with lots of choices and great quality food. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, hands down one of the best Marriott properties I've stayed at.

Absolutely stunning hotel that doesn’t fall short in any possible regard. Whilst the original Ritz property has an incredible grandeur and is impeccably maintained, it really is the staff that makes this hotel stand out. Every interaction was genuinely heartwarming, welcoming, personal and proactive. To call the service professional would be an absolute understatement, much rather, it was as close to perfection as I was fortunate enough to experience! I imagine it to be very difficult to keep a grand hotel not only grand but to constantly reinvent and to make it a ‚living and striving legend‘ - which is the best description I can offer for this property!

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor, beautifully preserved historic details, and a luxurious atmosphere that made our short stay feel truly special. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with every amenity we could have hoped for. Even in just one night, we felt pampered and completely at ease. Highly recommend the St. Regis Rome for anyone looking for a five-star experience in the heart of the city.
