Thank you Simin for helping with all the coordination and ensuring that the wedding planning goes smoothly! She was meticulous to ensure that all details of the wedding was covered. My guests all enjoyed the food very much, and my husband and I enjoyed the warm food set aside for us. We’ll always have fond memories of Sheraton Towers after the wonderful experience of having our wedding banquet there. Thank you so much once again!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding at Sheraton Towers Singapore in August 2024 and we couldn't have asked for a better experience, thanks to Valerie Lim and her team! From the moment we started planning, Valerie was absolutely outstanding. She was proactive and meticulous with every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked for our big day. Her support for us was constant every step of the way, from our initial discussions all the way to our big day, when she held the ballroom door open for us with the warmest smile on her face before our first march-in to dinner. It was clear to us and our loved ones that she paid close attention to our requests and was dedicated to ensuring our wedding was exactly what we envisioned. What truly stood out to us was how Valerie always prioritized our desires. At each session we had with her, she took the time to understand what we wanted for our special day. When that day came, she made sure those wishes were brought to life beautifully. Her professionalism, care, and passion really shone through and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for us. It was almost like a mini war zone during peak buffet hours at the main dining room yet the staff remains most courteous, helpful and professional. Just trying their best to have everything, everywhere all at once, under control. I hope they are rewarded well. I was just standing, looking around with my phone when a young staff who had been rushing endlessly back n forth came over n offered to take photos of us. So sweet of him. But I couldn't catch his name as he kept moving around so quickly with his tasks. Not many would be able to handle such daily work... from check in onwards it was all such pleasant service.. kudos to the entire team
