My husband and I held our wedding here at Conrad Orchard Singapore and would like to personally thank our wedding coordinator & sales rep, Ms. Grace Lum, for being so professional and dedicated in supporting us throughout this wedding planning journey. She has been really resourceful and responsive, and took a lot of initiative to accommodate to our requests. We would also like to thank Dinie for managing our actual wedding day flow seamlessly & Marcus from Summer Palace for being so friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. Food was amazing as usual! Thank you once again to Conrad Orchard Singapore team, cheers!

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I have stayed at many properties, but our recent stay at the Conrad Singapore Orchard was absolutely the most unforgettable hotel experience we've had in Singapore. We were celebrating my parents' anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it perfect. We originally booked an Executive Room, but with the fantastic assistance of Vickran, Nadia, and Justin, we were able to arrange an upsell to the 1 King Balcony Suite. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly set the tone for the entire trip. The stunning architectural design of the hotel immediately catches the eye. When we entered our suite, we were greeted with incredibly thoughtful anniversary touches: a lovely handwritten greeting card, beautifully crafted cakes and delicate pastries, and the iconic Conrad rubber duck, which we all absolutely adored! The attention to detail in the room amenities was exceptional. The direct drinking water tap in the room is a brilliant and convenient feature. The Byredo bath amenities smelled divine, and the addition of shower aromatherapy steamers and special sleep tea made winding down at night incredibly relaxing. Outside the room, the hotel's facilities are exquisite. The gym is top-notch, and the Executive Lounge offers a fantastic environment—a special shoutout to the yogurt bowls there, which are exceptionally delicious! We also thoroughly enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread at Basilico. We loved the aesthetic of the hotel so much (designed by John Portman) that we even kept one of the room cards as a memorable keepsake. This flawless experience has significantly deepened my loyalty as a Hilton Diamond member. I highly recommend this property and am already looking forward to our next visit—hopefully to enjoy a meal at Summer Palace or Kimura!

My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Conrad Orchard, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team who made the entire experience so smooth, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable :) A huge shoutout to Grace (Catering Sales Manager), Dinie (Banquet Manager), Abhi (AV Technician), and the entire banquet and culinary team. Grace was an absolute joy to work with — incredibly detailed, patient, and always accommodating to our requests. She made the planning process feel calm and well-managed from start to finish. Dinie ensured everything ran like clockwork on the actual day; food was served on time, the programme stayed tight, and he was so patient throughout. Abhi was also very easy to work with, and the AV ran perfectly without hiccups. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food, and the dessert especially was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well. The bridal suite was spacious and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, and the hotel itself is stunning. The location is also excellent — very convenient and within walking distance to town. Ultimately, what truly sets Conrad Orchard apart is the exceptional service. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special and memorable! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team 🥰
