Pullman Singapore Orchard

Wanted a central location on Orchard to beat the walking heat. Got a room upgrade from classic to one facing Orchard Road. I heard the rooms on the other side lack views. Excellent sound proofing. Loved the beach club and spent a lot of time there. Atrium structured Eden restaurant was charming and the buffet a great choice. Good food choices although the baked bacon for me was too tough and the beans were always cold. Got used to the 4th area and the flashing tunnel to get to the room elevators. In room safe was placed quite low that you had to stoop to use. Liked the filter water option. Nespresso was good once I figured what direction the capsules were supposed to face. First rate room cleaning service and staff. Enjoyed my six nights stay. Elevators were quick and reliable.

I had a great experience staying at Pullman Orchard. Our flight was changed so we had to extend another night. Syafiqah helped us via email to ensure we can extend our booking in the same room. Upon checking in, Taufiq and Isabel were very generous and accomodating. We got upgraded to a bigger room and Taufiq made sure we didn’t have to check out and check in again for the extra day we were staying. The room service also gave us a non-slipping pad so our toddler doesn’t slip in the shower, even when we didn’t ask for one. We also provided with a late check out so overall it was a very pleasant stay with an excellent location as well. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Pullman Singapore Orchard for three nights to celebrate my birthday 🎉 and overall had such a lovely experience! As an Accor Platinum member, I had informed the hotel in advance that I was celebrating something special and they truly delivered. Upon arrival, I was kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a Premier Twin Room on a high floor, which I really appreciated. The room was stylish, modern and comfortable, and I was also welcomed with a beautiful hand-drawn birthday card and delicious macarons. Such a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely valued. One of the highlights of my stay was access to the Archive Club. The service here was honestly the best I’ve experienced 👏✨ A very special thank you to Rina, who took such wonderful care of my mum and I each morning. She remembered our usual orders, anticipated what we’d like from the menu over the next few days, and was always warm, attentive and professional. On our last day, even after we had checked out (with a late evening flight), she kindly allowed us to order and pay for food from the restaurant to enjoy in the lounge, a gesture we truly appreciated 🙏. The other team members at the Archive Club (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch their names!) were also fantastic and provided exemplary service throughout. If I had one small wish, it would have been to be upgraded to a Club Room instead, but of course, I was already grateful for the complimentary upgrade. One minor downside was that soundproofing could be improved. We could sometimes hear water running (taps, showers, flushing) and occasional noise from the other rooms, which did wake me up during the night at times. That said, these were small points in what was otherwise a wonderful birthday stay 🎂✨ The thoughtful touches, great location, and especially the outstanding service made it memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!
