Pullman Singapore Orchard

Thank you Johari, for your hospitality and entertaining us at Atelier Bar. We truly enjoyed welcome/farewell drinks during our stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard right before checkout. And Gareth for tending to our requests at the archive lounge, due to issues with the room which had to be addressed such as leaky shower and an empty bottle of body lotion as part of the amenities.

We chose Pullman Singapore Orchard for our staycation after watching Lady Gaga, and it was the perfect choice. We reserved two rooms and were pleasantly surprised with upgrades for both. Our Superior Twin Room was upgraded to a Deluxe Premier King Room, and our Pullman Suite was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite. As a Platinum member, all our guests were given complimentary executive lounge access, which was a fantastic perk. Everyone we interacted with made our stay even more enjoyable. From Lovely, Syafiqah, Jackilyn, and Fadillah in reservations, to Edmund and Eric at the front desk, the service was consistently warm and helpful. Special thanks to Kwang Hua in the lounge for being so attentive, and to the two gentlemen who assisted us with our luggage during arrival and departure for their friendliness and efficiency. The breakfast team at Eden Restaurant were also lovely. They were welcoming, and the food choices each morning were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back again.

A lovely sense of arrival, even at the late hour, from assistance with our bags, to an easy check in and then quickly to bed after a long travel day - happy! A great team of people, with warm greetings / interactions throughout the property - the housekeeping team on our floor, to the restaurant team at breakfast and to any general passing around the hotel.
