Inara Alas Harum

We stayed four nights at the Inara Alas Harum, it was great, the rooms are gorgeous, we took one with a private pool which is a great experience with the view over the ricefields ! The personnel is really nice they give you recommendations about what to do in the area and can arrange lots of things for you including transportation and activities. The place is outside Ubud but they offer a free shuttle service which is very nice and the ride is not that long and the occasion to see a bit of Bali countryside. The people working there are really kind and efficient, they had little gesture for us knowing it was our honeymoon and it was really appreciated ! Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful moment !

From the moment we booked, the team was incredibly attentive. The private WhatsApp butler service made everything so easy and convenient, and every request was handled with care and speed. They think about every small detail. Whether it was arranging tours, food preferences, or any support we needed during the stay, the staff always made sure we felt fully taken care of. In case anything came up, they were proactive and immediate in fixing it. The hospitality, the food, and the overall service were truly amazing. We also booked a photography session through the hotel because the nature views around the property are stunning. Adi, the photographer from Apixs, went above and beyond. He gave us more than what we expected and provided us with beautiful memories of our first trip to Bali. A big thank you as well to Swasta from housekeeping. Every night he surprised us with beautiful bed decorations. He is a real talent and added an extra touch of joy to our stay. Special thanks to Wahyu, the duty manager, who was always checking on us and making sure our stay was not only comfortable but exceptional. This level of attention and personalization is rare to find. Thank you, Inara Alas Harum team, for creating such a beautiful and unforgettable experience for us.
