The Asa Maia – Bespoke Wellness Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the Asia Maia in October From the night we arrived & were warmly welcomed & looked after by the attentive staff. The rooms are quietly elegant & well appointed. Following the daily program is the best plan. The classes are varied and meet the right tempo of the participants. Daniela is wonderful - she is so intuitive to the ability & needs of the class. The contrast therapy is awesome & I don’t use that word often. Meals taken on the long shared table were delicious & better than any option we had outside the Asa Maia. Sad to say good bye but we also know that we’re planning a return. Happy memories because I’m using my cup at home. Thank you to all the staff🫶

The Asa Maia staff and the grounds were amazing. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff being polite, very respectful, and helpful during our stay. They were super accommodating to my wife and I, offering us a shower and to keep our bags at the hotel, as we had a late flight the day we checked out. The food, drinks, yoga, and contrast therapy were also top tier. The grounds were very relaxing, set away from the busy road and the buggy was always available, with little wait time. Can’t say enough great things about this truly remarkable hotel.

I love the Asa Maia! The atmosphere here is amazing. It’s beautifully designed and you feel so serene here. I had a wonderful massage here and got to enjoy the cold/hot plunges and the infrared sauna. All amazing. When you are fully relaxed they got a beautiful restaurant where they cook with healthy ingredients and oils. Would 100% recommend!
