Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

Truly a 5 star experience. From check-in to check-out, we were truly impressed. Tina at the front desk was very welcoming and such a delight. The rooms are spacious and clean, overall very nice touches and not one aspect missed in the design. We were in the Sindhorn suite and it was phenomenal. Gave us more than enough room, with a closet and living room w/fridge and daily coffee. My husband and I both had massages at the spa and that did not disappoint. Tid gave me the BEST massage of my entire life, and I don’t say that lightly… it was perfect. Risa gave my husband his massage and he also said his was the best. The pool is awesome. The entire staff could teach a master class in 5 star service, from breakfast and coffee to the spa, front desk, door people and cleaning staff - hands down the best.

Our wedding stay at the Kimpton Maa Lai was honestly flawless, and it’s rare to find a place that balances high end luxury with such a welcoming, laid back vibe. The location in Langsuan is pretty much unbeatable because you get these incredible lush green views that make you forget you’re in the middle of Bangkok’s hustle. The staff were the real standouts for us; they handled our large group of friends with total ease and felt more like helpful partners in our wedding than just hotel employees. Between the high spec gym and that stunning infinity pool, the facilities are top tier, but it was the small details that really won me over. Specifically, the ramen and veggie soup I had the day after the wedding were exactly the kind of high quality comfort food I needed to recover. It’s definitely a premium stay, but for the level of service and the overall experience, it was worth. PS: Love the pool vibes in this hotel!

Checked in on New Years Day 2026 and this hotel did not disappoint - Honestly, we've been privileged to travel a lot and stay at a bunch of nice hotels and this was one of our favorite stays we've ever had. The staff is extremely attentive, the hotel is beautiful, and the people watching is next level (young stylish crowd). We were upgraded to a suite that is nicer than our house with a cool view of the US Embassy. The breakfast at Stock Room is the most impressive breakfast spread we've ever seen and the staff there almost appear out of nowhere the minute you need anything. Great neighborhood with easy walks to excellent restaurants and shopping. Hope we can go back one day!
