Our stay at Rosewood Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, courtesy, and attention to detail was truly world-class. The rooms are stunning—beautifully designed, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Housekeeping was flawless, and the little touches throughout the room made the stay feel both luxurious and personal. The staff deserves special recognition. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling intrusive. You can feel that hospitality here is not just a standard, but a culture. The restaurants were outstanding—excellent food quality, presentation, and service across the board. Every meal felt like a fine-dining experience. Rosewood Bangkok sets the benchmark for luxury hospitality. An unforgettable experience, and without question a hotel we would gladly return to. Highly recommended.

Average start, impeccable finish. In a city where 5 star hotels can be $100 or less a night, charging 4-5 times that should really stand out, and Rosewood Bangkok does. Early check-in and room upgrade through American Express FHR was not honoured as the hotel was allegedly full, however the level of service is excellent. From the lobby staff learning your name, to the pool ladies instantly bringing chilled water and watermelon shots when you sit on a lounger, you will be treated very well here. The breakfast was truly world-class: and the staff encourage you to have multiple courses! Definitely book a treatment at the relaxing spa on the 6th floor. Small cons: traffic nearby is crazy. The Phloen Chit x Wireless junction means anyone coming from the airport will be stuck up to 30 mins just waiting to turn right onto the road where the hotel is. This also results in some traffic noise, unless you’re on a high floor. Secondly, neither the pool nor shallow “hot tub” style area is heated? That is *very* strange given much cheaper hotels have this Bangkok. The pros are far stronger, and I’d happily return! 🙏

The first time I arrived at this hotel was in 2023. We had such a big room that I was truly shocked by the space and the design. They even had a Dyson hairdryer in every room, which was a big surprise. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We’ve stayed here twice, and every time has been wonderful. Another thing I really loved is how much they care about their guests — they even write handwritten cards, which makes you feel truly special 🙏🥹 I can highly recommend this hotel — it’s absolutely worth it.
