Waldorf Astoria Bangkok

This hotel experience is by far the best I have ever had in Thailand. The staffs were top notch; everyone was welcoming, helpful, providing unforgettable memories. We love Nobel at reception who was throughly checked us in, explained amenities, while we easing with welcome drinks and warmly walked us to our room. Thanks Golf our bellboy for a seamless delivery of our belongings, Wahn (หวาน) at The Loft who took us a beautiful photo, Fah / Dang / Top / Dong at Front Room for providing an amazing Thai dinner experience, and Fern who helped us check out in ease, also thanks the concierge team who warm transferred us home to a driver waiting outside on the last day. All the staffs at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok will always have a special place in our hearts. To the Management team please give them a raise :) The hotel was well designed and well maintained, The Loft has a breathtaking view of the city. I enjoyed the steam sauna by the gym. Front Room served authentic Thai foods. We loved their massaman curry! The day we checked out, we didn’t want to leave to be honest. Highly recommended!! +5 stars

One of the best hotels we have ever visited. All the employees are super friendly and attentive. The pool area is super clean and relaxing. What I love about the pool is that it is 3feet so not too deep...they even have a side that had more shallow water for the little ones. This hotel thought alot about children. The guest rooms come equipped with little robes for them..including toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and lotion. It was the little details for me. We traveled form the United States, and this was our first time in Thailand. I will say the Waldorf helped make it memorable..oh yeah, and the hotel smells good too!

Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was truly exceptional and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we entered the room, the sense of luxury and space was immediately apparent. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly spacious, making it a joy to relax in. A special highlight was the thoughtful birthday surprise arranged in the room. The beautiful setup and attention to detail made the celebration feel very personal and memorable, and it was a gesture we truly appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely top notch and deserves special mention. The quality, variety, and presentation set a new benchmark for hotel breakfasts for us—it was easily among the best we’ve experienced. The location is also very convenient, with CentralWorld just a comfortable 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful and refined stay. An outstanding hotel that delivers luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service at every level. Highly recommended.
