Hotel El Palace Barcelona

I recently hosted my baby shower at the Palace. I booked the tea experience for a small intimate gathering. It was a unique experience which we all enjoyed very much. The quality of the restaurant and food was great. And the service that the staff provided was exceptional. They made me and my guest feels welcome and it made for a very special night. Thank you Carlos! And everyone who was involved in the event.

Our family stayed at El Palace for 4 nights, the hotel and rooms are fantastic, it’s location is also great but the real stand out here is its staff, door, desk, concierge & bar, all the staff were outstanding. We forgot some jewelry that we left in our safe, all items were returned with help from Carlos, Francisco and Javier who went above and beyond to have the items shipped to our next hotel, I have to say we will definitely return to Barcelona and stay at El Palace again because of the staff, the roof top bar and pool are great also. Thank you guys, great job, 5 stars all day.

Checked out yesterday from our beautiful Mother's Day trip from this absolutely beautiful hotel. We arrived late from traveling within Spain on the night we checked in and the staff kept the kitchen open so we could grab dinner because we were tired and hungry. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and the staff was friendly and patient. The food was delicious. We ordered a cheese plate, wine, steak and salad. All cooked perfectly. We enjoyed Brunch yesterday in their absolutely stunning corridor. The black and white floor were such a touch of class. The brunch was amazing! As we were leaving I mentioned that I didn't have a chance to visit the rooftop and a gentleman named Armando gave us a private tour. He even went as far as to showing us his favorite viewpoints and really detailed improvement the hotel made. VIP service. Upon checkout, there was a marathon and some of the road were blocked so the bellmen walked our luggage across the busy streets to our driver. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
