Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona

The service here was the best we’ve ever received. Everyone knew our names, went over and beyond our expectations, and was incredibly friendly and warm. The front desk staff, concierge, servers, and house keeping were all top notch. Everything was impeccable. This was our first stay at a MO and look forward to many more experiences at other Mandarin Oriental properties in the future! Would 100% recommend. Everything from our room, the rooftop, gym, spa, restaurants, etc. were all top tier.

You cannot go wrong by staying at this Mandarin. The service is very good. We enjoyed the spacious room and it was nice and quiet for the most part. The only criticism I have are the bathrooms. I am not a fan of sliding doors, especially those that don’t close all the way. Getting in and out of the toilet in both rooms we were in was a huge pain. I really don’t like this trend of having thin walls and hearing your partner do #1 and #2 :) Breakfast was good and lots of good options. Location wise it is one of the busiest streets in Barcelona so expect a lot of people, especially in the summer.

My wife and i recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel in Barcelona, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is truly first class, elegant, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. A special mention goes to David, the manager of the concierge team. He and his entire staff were truly exceptional,professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it was helping us with restaurant reservations, sightseeing tips, or transportation, they handled every request with warmth and efficiency. This level of service made our stay not only comfortable but memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona it’s a rare combination of luxury and genuine hospitality.
