I stayed at W Barcelona for my birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel upgraded me to a beautiful semi-suite with an incredible ocean view – waking up to the sea every morning was just magical. The room was spotless, modern, and pure luxury in every detail. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special – they surprised me with two cakes, a bottle of champagne, and even complimentary breakfast as a gift. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, making me feel completely taken care of. The location itself is unbeatable – right on the beach, with the hotel standing as one of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience in itself. If you’re visiting Barcelona, W Barcelona should definitely be on your list. Whether for a special occasion or just to treat yourself, this hotel is all about comfort, service, and luxury at its best. One of my best hotel experiences ever!

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had. The view from the room was unreal, especially at sunrise, and the design of the building makes the whole experience feel iconic. Staff were friendly and quick to help, and I loved spending mornings by the pool before heading out. Yes, it’s pricey, but for a special trip it delivers everything you’d hope for.

Rooms are great and the view of absolutely amazing. I had some issues in my room with the wall light and the curtains, after I called the front desk and said I was out of the room from a certain time they went in but didn't fix any of the problems, just an apology for that amount per night just isn't enough. The dinner we had was great quality but again the service was not what you'd expect at a hotel in this price range, our waiter said food would take 30 minutes, it took over an hour, drinks were mixed up, sauces were late and again, an apology just isn't enough for a place like this. Overall it was a good stay but only because of the location.
