The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort

My wife and I experienced six magical nights on our recent trip to The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort. Amazing views, accommodations, customer service, and overall experience. Search for adjectives for the word heavenly and you'll understand what it's like to stay here. The staff, whether front-desk, butler, restaurant workers, or maintenance crew are all very courteous and dedicated to ensuring the guests are treated wonderfully. A special shout-out to Teva who greeted us each morning with his smile at breakfast. Just a delightful person. My wife is allergic to gluten. For the seven days we visited, we didn't have to worry one time about her allergy. Every server asked if we had any allergies at EVERY meal. I've never felt more comfortable that she would not have to worry about her food intake. Even when we used room service, the people who answered the phone asked if we had any allergies. She had a ton of options to choose from. If you are gluten free, this is the resort for you. As for the rooms and views, what else can I say except that it is paradise. Lots of activities if you choose or you can just hang out on your back deck and enjoy the sun and relaxation.

Enjoyed our stay and would want to come back again! The room is spacious and clean. Love the breakfast and we enjoyed the company of Regis the cat! Service is great, every staff member we saw are smiling and welcoming. We also enjoyed the spa! The only complaint I had was the lack of first aid items for the guests. I was able to get help from the security team with the help of our butler to clean my wound. But I feel for such luxurious accommodation, things like basic antiseptic wipes/spray, gauze and bandages should be available to guests. The first time I reached out to the front desk, the staff mentioned that the antiseptic and bandages they had are for front desk, and I can buy a large first aid kit in the hotel store. Well I didn’t want to spend a fortune getting a big box of items when I just need basic antiseptic and bandages. Luckily our butler helped us out in the end. My wound was still infected in the end. My miss for not brining antiseptic with me. So for those visiting with lots of activities planned bring your own first aid kit!

Best honeymoon we could have asked for! The St Regis Bora Bora was everything and more we could have imagined. The food was incredible (best of any of the other hotels) and the views were breathtaking! But without a doubt what separates St Regis from all the other hotels was the exceptional service! Our butlers, Julien and Julie, were super helpful and accommodating. The entire staff, whether it was the hosts/hostesses to the pool/beach service, were kind, attentive and welcoming. In short, easily the best choice to stay in Bora Bora - If we ever get the chance, we would love to come back again!
