Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

Beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nectar and Nori were our favorites for dinner. Room service was fast. Pool and beach were both great. Topgolf suite was fun. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do while visiting PR: El Yunque Rainforest and Luquillo Beach/Kiosks ~20 min, Bio Bay Kayaking tour in Fajardo ~45 min, Old San Juan ~45 min.

This is a truly beautiful and luxurious resort. The property is expansive, with a huge pool and a seemingly never ending beach that makes it easy to fully relax and disconnect. Everything is set against lush tropical landscaping, and the ocean breeze and views really add to the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the hospitality was excellent from start to finish. Anytime we needed something, a quick call to the front desk and they handled it right away. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. The restaurants located on the resort were pretty good and convenient, and the location near the golf course is a great bonus for anyone looking to play a round during their stay. Overall, they’re very accommodating here and truly go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. This is a beautiful resort and a great place for a relaxing getaway.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico was absolutely perfect from check-in to checkout. The property is thriving under strong leadership—there have been so many noticeable upgrades and improvements that make it feel even more special. The new Globalist check-in room is a fantastic touch; it made arrival feel welcoming and exclusive right away. The landscaping is stunning—especially the island in the pool area and throughout the entire grounds. Everything looks meticulously cared for and beautifully enhanced. Service was truly exceptional, easily among the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. The team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about guest satisfaction. Special shoutout to Pamela—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel incredibly well taken care of. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality resort in Puerto Rico, this place delivers. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back! Thanks to the GM and the entire team for an unforgettable trip.
