JW Marriott Essex House New York

JW Marriott Essex House New York Central Park is one of the best 5-star hotels located in It has a unique, great location, walking distance from the central park as well as from the shopping streets in NY city They have an outstanding staff, especially the concierge team, as well as the reservation team. Mr. Howard at the concierge, he is really a very supportive and kind person, with his recommendations, we had great time. They did a great job with the reservation, recommendations, and helpful information. Our rooms were ready as per our requirements and as expected, however I regret that, they gave us in lower floor!!! It was so noisy at night Room service is amazing with speedy response and very clean rooms.

We enjoyed our first stay at the Essex House and it won’t be our last. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Special shout out to our concierge, Howard. He took his time explaining best routes to our destinations. Very professional.

Wonderful choice when staying in Manhattan. It’s a little more expensive than some of the surrounding hotels but you certainly get what you pay for. Location is central Ling located and right next to the park, so travel time to just about anything in Manhattan is pretty light. Park views are wonderful and the restaurant down stairs makes a fine old fashioned. All of the staff were wonderful and really elevated the trip for us. We’ll be back!
