Stayed here for a few days using Chase points as part of The Edit program. Came with $100 per day breakfast credit at the connected restaurant and $100 complimentary credit for spa, room service, or meals. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable and slept like a baby. Had a cathedral view room which was beautiful. Had breakfast at the Villard. Food was amazing and fresh. Coffee was high quality. Service was on point and great historic ambiance. I was staying for a trip to the US Open. An extra bonus running into some of my favorite players. Location is great for shopping and all the midtown attractions including Central Park, Rockefeller Center, fifth ave shopping and tons of food options plus close to Times Square. Hope to stay here in the future.

I cannot thank the staff at the Lotte New York Palace enough for making our daughter's stay so special. This was a really important trip for her, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure she had a wonderful time. The attention to detail, from the beautiful room to the warm and friendly service, made her feel so special. It’s comforting as a parent to know she was in such a safe and caring environment. This is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience we will cherish. ❤️🫶

Gorgeous, Classic hotel which is centrally located In Manhattan. We were within walking distance to upscale boutiques, souvenir shops and plenty of restaurants and food carts. The service from reception, bell hop, housekeeping and in room dining was Outstanding. Our room was a quiet and peaceful cathedral view and that was Beautiful. The Lotte Palace is a Fantastic choice while in NY. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank You.
