Exceptional service from start to finish. Spacious rooms (rare in NYC) with beautiful views. Housekeeping was flawless, and the concierge gave excellent dining recommendations. Worth the splurge for a special occasion

My second time staying at the Langham was better than the first. The bellmen are attentive and kind. The Club staff are excellent and the food selection is fabulous. The rooms are spacious and clean and I sleep great in the beds. Best hotel in the city!

Stayed here for NYC Pride 2025 — hospitality was top-notch. In-room service was spot on, the rooms were spacious with great bathrooms, and the hotel was easy to navigate. Fast elevators and an attentive, aware staff made the experience seamless. I’d stay here any day of the week.
