Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris

From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance through check-in, the experience was truly elegant and seamless. What made the difference was the attention to detail every team member was attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making us feel welcomed and cared for. It was clear that everyone went out of their way to anticipate needs rather than simply respond.

There are many choices when it comes to luxury hotels in Paris. My wife and I chose Le Royal Monceau for the modern and whimsical way it came across. So many of the hotels in this class seem to look the same. This hotel has style and so many cool things going on it was almost like visiting an art gallery. Our deluxe room was beautiful. Plenty of space, a big walk in closet, giant bathroom with a huge soaking tub and an amazing shower...I already miss the shower. One note, if you don't like mirrors this hotel is not for you. There are mirrors everywhere in the room and the bathroom is in fact one giant mirror :). As for the amenities, we had thick fluffy towels that were changed out almost as soon as you used them. Slippers on a padded mat laid at your bedside. A fruit bowl that was never empty and water bottles left on your nightstand during turndown service. The room was kept so well it was almost like having a live in butler. The chef's kiss was the top of Eiffel tower view at night from the window in the sitting area of our room 616. All that and the room was not even the star of this show. For us the staff is what made this hotel so special. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family. The front desk staff was always smiling and welcoming. It was our first trip to Paris and we only had 3 nights. I reached out to the concierge team a few days before we arrived and Karla put together a very thoughtful itinerary that maximized our time and aligned with our preferences for trendy and cool scenes complete with dinner and lunch reservations/suggestions, skip the line tours, and even a dinner cruise. I was seriously impressed with how thorough it was. After meeting Karla and Daisuke, who after meeting me once greeted me by name for the rest of the trip I knew we were in very good hands. Do yourself a favor and skip ChatGPT and Google for travel planning, these guys are pros. The amazing time we had was due in no small part to the efforts made by the concierge team and we are so grateful. Thank you Royal Monceau for an unforgettable Parisian holiday! We can't wait to come back.

Having stayed at a number of hotels in Paris over the years, I find the Royal Monceau to be fantastic. I have now stayed there 3-4 times. Rooms are beautiful, hotel restaurants excellent and the service very friendly. Location good too. Highly recommended
