Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel

Walis was a wave of welcoming warmth when we arrived. She was fast and efficient with the check in process and really made it seem like we were coming home. Coleen on the main desk was engaging as well as helpful, she interacted with the adults and children alike and was able to share her insights into what living in Paris is like. Widmack the waiter in the foyer was a friendly face, checking on us and making sure that we had everything that we needed. Ratta on Consierge was a wealth of knowledge with good restaurant reccommendations, handy maps and directions. This is a great place to stay and very close to all the sights.

We made a stop in Paris on the way to Strasbourg for work. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it was a holiday the day we were to check out and they were securing the city. But the staff at this hotel had our backs! They took us out their back entrance at 5am with a bellman and all of our luggage and work cases. Arranged for a car to come in and get us and whisk us to the train station. They went above and beyond to make sure we got out before the closures and taken to catch the train. Other highlights were the amount of security and how well you were greeted each and every time you came in or out of the hotel. The bar was excellent and also took amazing care of us. Our room was clean and spacious as well. Highly recommend!
