Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris

I stayed for just one night, but my experience at Prince de Galles was truly exceptional. As a Titanium Elite member, I was fortunate to receive a very good upgrade, and it made my short stay feel absolutely special. I’d like to thank Rayan, who handled both my check-in and check-out — his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stood out. Looking forward to returning soon.

Had such a great stay at Prince de Galles. Léa from concierge really made it special — she arranged beautiful flowers in my room for a birthday surprise and somehow got us restaurant reservations during Fashion Week when everything was fully booked. Every detail was handled perfectly, from being personally walked to my room to the warm greetings every morning at breakfast. The whole team made me feel genuinely taken care of — truly five-star service.

We had a lovely stay on the front end of our Paris/Biarritz/Bordeaux trip! Sergio at reception was outstanding, and as a titanium member we got a lovely suite with a stunning balcony spanning a Parisian view. Breakfast was incredible, one of the best I’ve had, and the on property restaurant has a stellar dinner. Beyond that, most importantly - my husband left an expensive personal item at the hotel and Jacqueline was very helpful via phone to locate the item and avoid panic. Security was able to hold it for us and we picked it up before leaving the country. We were again helped by Sergio who remembered all of the details of our prior trip! True luxury service. They made a very stressful situation as painless as possible and it didn’t ruin our trip! Will definitely be back.
