Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at the Condado Vanderbilt. The pool deck is stunning, with perfect loungers and excellent towel and pool service—an ideal place to truly relax. The spa was fantastic, and the woman who gave us the spa tour (I wish I remembered her name) was exquisite and immediately set the tone for true respite. César gave an incredible massage—hands down one of the highlights of our stay. There are great options for food and beverage outlets throughout the property, all paired with stunning views. The rooms are slightly older but very well kept and clearly cared for. The turndown service and amenity refresh were a really nice touch that made the stay feel extra special. The location is unbeatable—central in Condado, with a beautiful private beach and just 15 minutes from Old San Juan. A special thank you to Militza Orama for helping arrange a meaningful and special experience for my partner and me as we just got married. Her care and attention made our trip unforgettable. The Vanderbilt’s design is absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back—this was an awesome stay from start to finish.

Adriana at the beautiful beachfront bar made our experience extra special. Adriana is so friendly and welcoming. She is a great asset for your company. My husband and his twin brother are here and then cruising for their 70th Birthday. She even gave us each a little bubbly to celebrate before we left. We will stay here next time❤️ thank you Adriana!

For me, this hotel was truly worth every penny. Unfortunately, we only stayed for two nights and I did not want to leave. I booked through AMEX FRH and found that it was definitely worth it since I got credits which I used at the spa, a room upgrade, free breakfast, and late check-out. We weren’t able to check in early but that was fine since they did allow us to enjoy the amenities, store our bags, and gave us a glass of champagne while we waited. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a balcony which was a great addition. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The TV in the room was easy to navigate and getting help from the front desk as far as room service and bags was straight forward and easy to figure out. The shower was also amazing, and I love the smell of the toiletries they provided! The refreshments in the mini fridge were complimentary outside of the alcohol which was extremely convenient and saved us from having to go to the store. The hotel itself is absolutely pristine. There are multiple pools and hot tubs to choose from. My favorite is the heated infinity pool which was pleasantly surprising since I’m not a fan of cold pools. The outside seating around the resort is SO comfortable and almost always comes with a fantastic view. There is an adult only pool area with an extra-hot hot tub which we enjoyed. You can also conveniently access the beach from the hotel. They offer sunscreen, towels, and water. Everyone that works here was very kind and accommodating, I cannot wait to come back to PR and stay here again.
