Hilton Molino Stucky Venice

I had a great time here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a suite without even asking. The breakfast offers a great selection and is of excellent quality. The executive lounge is relatively small and the selection is not large, but you can usually find something. I didn't go there often anyway, as the location of the hotel is a bit remote and I spent most of my time in the city. On the other hand, the hourly shuttle service to St. Mark's Square for a one-time flat fee per stay is a very good offer, which I was happy to take advantage of.

Victoria welcomed us warmly at the front desk both at the start and end of our stay, showing consistent professionalism and genuine care for our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about local restaurants, train and boat connections, as well as hotel amenities—from the rooftop pool at sunset to the daily breakfast. She went above and beyond to make our visit rewarding, enjoyable, and memorable—ensuring we’ll return to this location. Our executive room overlooked the canal, and with complimentary breakfast included, it made our stay even more special. The hotel itself strikes the perfect balance—set just far enough from the busy center to feel peaceful, yet only a quick 10-minute boat ride away when you want to be in the middle of it all. The €15 daily shuttle to and from San Marco was incredibly convenient and well worth it, reflecting the great Hilton service we experienced throughout. When we return to Venice, it will be the exceptional service, amenities, and staff like Victoria that bring us back to this Hilton without hesitation.

This Hilton property offers stunning panoramic views of Venice. The rooftop bar and swimming pool are fantastic amenities, and the shuttle boat (available for an additional fee) was easy to use and conveniently took us to St. Mark’s Square for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Our room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. It was a truly memorable experience, and we’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Venice!
