Nolinski Venezia – Evok Collection

Spectacular hotel in a prime location (across Saint Laurent a street off of the canal). Super efficient service and seamless check in , despite coming in on the canal. Perfect for those who don't like crowded cookie cutter hotels. The room had a bedroom and beautifully selected books in the living room. We had a complimentary fully stocked bar, but since we don't really drink, the hotel should perhaps offer dining options in lieu of liquor. The staff at breakfast (which was fantastic) and concierge are particularly worth mentioning; they were always ready with a smile and extremely courteous, as was the front desk staff. Highly recommended.

This a lovely Venice hotel. The service was incredibly good. Hotel staff met us on arrival, collected our bags, and walked us to the hotel, then made sure we were safely back on the water taxi when we departed. The room was compact but beautiful. No expense has been spared on quality furnishings and finishes. Breakfast was generous and the pastries were sublime. The only issue I had during our stay was the perfume that is pumped out in the lobby and halls. The smell was overpowering and quite unpleasant at times. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

We stayed at the Nolinski for two nights and would enjoy returning. We have had many memorable stays at lovely hotels and this is definitely at the top of the list. The staff was not only very helpful, but also friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home and anticipated our every need. They wished me a Happy Birthday when we came down in the morning and also brought a delicious cake with a candle to our table at breakfast. It was a very relaxing stay. The hotel itself and rooms are well designed and inviting and spotless.
